This is and agreement that involves two parties in the warehousing package and can also be called STORAGE AGREEMENT. The parties involved are: (i) Financier/Importer (ii) Tradeways Express (Warehousing Agent).

- Stock Monitoring Services Agreement.

This is a warehousing arrangement provided by Tradeways Express, where a financier has some pledged goods either in a particular location(s), warehouse(s) or shops and financier wishes the goods to be regularly monitored. Tradeways Express undertakes to monitor the regular movement of these goods at any point in time and issue daily, weekly or monthly stock report as agreed by the parties involved. In this arrangement, Tradeways does not either take custody or possession of the goods because of the peculiar nature of the business of the third party (Banks' customer) but would position its experienced warehousing personnel to monitor the daily movement or sale of these goods in question. This is most suitable for small/medium scale traders in business environments.
