Leaders of Integrity Merit Award.'
According to the awards criteria, they are in
recognition of our commitment to Integrity,
Excellence
and Transparency whilst achieving one of the
fastest corporate growth for a very young company.
Tradeways Express International was established
in February 2002 by a handful of young, Nigerian
courier and logistics professionals with an
initial 37 offices that effectively covered
Nigeria's 36
states and the federal capital Abuja, within
an area of 923,768.64 sq km and a population
of 150
million people. In one year our network grew
to 75 offices, delivering daily to 1554 cities,
as well
as direct coverage of Ghana, Togo and Benin
Republic.
Several companies have openly commended our

Mr. Larry Chinekezi, the Managing /CEO of Tradeways Express has bagged the African Leaders of integrity Merit Award. The board and management of the Africa International News magazine presented him with the award recently at Nicon Hilton Hotel, Abuja.
The award was in recognition of track record in both his public and private life in which he has demonstrated a high sense of accountability, integrity and transparency.
A statement from the company says this is but a testimony to his managerial competence and sterling leadership qualities.
Chinekezi has over 21 years experience in the courier industry and was once the managing director of TNT/IAS Express before leaving for Tradeways Express in 2002.
The company, which started 3 years ago, is the largest indigenous independent courier company in Nigeria today.
Tradeways Express International Limited, winner of the best indigenous courier company runner up award, 2005, has again won the West African best courier and logistic company in Nigeria awarded by the institute of direct marketing of Nigeria, in collaboration with PMAN at an award ceremony held in Lagos recently.
The wave making Courier Company won the award base on its purely indigent ownership and consistent professional service delivery after a keenly contested nomination involving other courier companies.
Managing Director and CEO of Tradeways Express, Mr. Larry Chinekezi, said the winning of the West Africa best courier and logistic company award by his company is an attestation of the company's drive and commitment to being the best courier company in Nigeria.
He added that the recognition of his company would afford industry watchers the opportunity to watch its capability to deliver services that will greatly impact on clients businesses as regards service delivery.
Among other awards received by the company this year was the best resourceful courier company award by the Isolo-Oshodi educational development council and the prestigious African leaders of integrity merit award confirmed on the Managing Director of Tradeways Express, Mr. Larry Chinekezi by the board and management of Africa international news magazine.

trust and satisfaction through a new progranmme
called FLIGHT 500. FLIGHT 500 is developed from
the acronym of guaranteed service, honesty and
trust.
A two-day business summit to hold at Gateway
Hotel, Ota tomorrow is to set policies that
will enable the company achieve the FLIGHGT-500
goal: to render exceptional courier services
to customers. Top on the areas of focus will
be achieving market leadership and building
customer loyalty in a competitive environment.
According to Larry Chinekezi, MD of Tradeways
Express, every staff member of his company is
expected to render services to customers in
a way that will distinguish the courier company
from others.
Chinekezi said the programme would involve training
and re-training of staff at all levels, exposure
to quality assurance and standardization of
all operational activities of the company. He
added that the company’s goal of Zero tolerance
as far as customer satisfaction is concerned
is the driving force for FLIGHT 500 and all
machinery in achieving this is being put in
place.
